Our work includes solutions such as seller financing, mortgage-takeover acquisitions, and other flexible transaction structures that allow properties to move forward when traditional financing may not be the best option.

Founder & CEO

Nick is the Founder and CEO of Federated Living Solutions, leading acquisitions, deal structuring, and overall strategy.

He specializes in creative financing, structuring transactions that work beyond conventional lending constraints while aligning incentives between sellers, investors, and partners.

Nick studied Business Management at Berklee in Boston, developing a foundation in entrepreneurship and strategic thinking. He now focuses on identifying overlooked opportunities and executing deals that drive long-term value.

Paul serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Federated Living Solutions, responsible for building and optimizing the systems that drive deal flow, operations, and scalability.

He comes from a background in software engineering, data science, and biotechnology, and holds 2 Masters degrees from Columbia and Cornell Universities.
